Thursday 5th March was the Jewish celebration of Purim, the story of Queen Ester. P4a have been depicting this story and celebrated by making and eating yummy Hamentaschen !! These are triangular shaped 'jam tarts': they symbolise Hamen's (the villain of the story) triangular hat, which are given during Purim. We enjoyed eating them very much!!
